FP&A Manager

Job description


Our client is looking to hire a regional FP&A Manager/Product Controller. In this key role, you'll be responsible for reviewing and analysing net revenue streams across our Asia operations, ensuring data integrity between trading and accounting systems, and supporting financial controls and system development.

What You'll Do

  • Reconcile and report monthly net revenue with analysis and commentary for regional stakeholders
  • Partner with traders to understand deal structures, risks, and performance drivers
  • Monitor hedge book positions, forward curves, and contract data
  • Ensure accuracy between trading and accounting systems
  • Lead improvements to internal controls and contribute to system enhancement projects
  • Support audits, month-end close, and profitability analysis across trades and regions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in accounting or product control experience (FP&A or business partnering ideal)
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with high attention to detail
  • Interest in commodities and financial market dynamics
  • Proficient in Excel and large data analysis
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
