FP&A Senior Manager (Compensation reporting)

Our client is looking to hire a Senior FP&A Manager, who will be responsible for all management reporting for the firm, including compensation accounting and reporting for Portfolio Managers.

In this role, you will oversee and review the management reporting (budgeting and forecasting), analyse revenue and expenses, assist business performance and be part of process improvement projects. Additionally, you will be responsible on reviewing Portfolio Manager compensation structures and reporting. This role will have 2 direct reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, with CA/CPA qualification
  • 10 years of experience in FP&A within Financial Services
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
