Fund Accountant/Senior Fund Accountant (Real Estate)

A global financial services firm is seeking a Fund Accountant to manage a portfolio of Real Estate clients, delivering high-quality fund administration and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and deliver NAVs, financial statements, and reporting
• Review fund accounting outputs and oversee quarter-end processes
• Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain reconciliations, client records, and compliance with internal controls
• Support and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
• 3-5+ years' experience in real estate fund accounting / financial services
• Strong knowledge of RE fund structures, consolidations, and multi-currency entities
• Familiarity with Yardi/Horizon and strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
