My client is a market leading insurance broker. They are looking for an experienced Singapore General Manager.

The role will report to the group CEO and is a strategic business leader, with a focus on overseeing operations, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation. The role involves leading transformative initiatives across departments to maximize profitability, driving on-the-ground changes for increased productivity and efficiency.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 10+ years' of experience in a similar capcity
  • Demonstrable track record & industry knowledge
  • Experience with transformations & digital initiatives
  • A bachelors' degree in any discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
