Key responsibilities

• In charge of the Global P&L.
• Develop global strategies, drive growth and profitability in SEA, Middle East and America markets.
• Work closely with CEO and COO, identify new business opportunities, lead the business unit to fulfill financial targets.

Key requirements

• Proven track record in managing P&L of a business in online entertainment/ B2C digital product/ gaming/ gamefi/ web3/events industry at the global or regional market level.
• Strategic mindset, well familiar with B2C and B2B2C business model
• Solid leadership, strong internal and external senior stakeholder management ability
• Able to use both English and Mandarin for work, due to needs of multiple market penetration.
