Location base: Singapore/ Asia/ Dubai (we welcome global top talents to relocate here)

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with CEO and other C-suite level, in charge of global technology roadmap and strategies.
• Constantly come out with innovation, new product & technology initiatives to up-level the core competitiveness of the company in the ecosystem.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the global technology team (over 500+ppl), foster a culture of high performance, innovation and growth.

Key requirements

• Proven track record as a regional/ global level executive Technology leadership in industries of Fintech/ Digital Finance/ Technology/ Crypto/ Web3 etc.
• Strategic mindset, in-depth insights of digital tech/ fintech space, and ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.
• Excellent leadership, strong problem-solving ability, and able to leverage cutting edge tech such as AI etc. for better decision making.
