Our client, a leading global crypto finance service provider, is looking for a Global Customer Experience Programme Lead to oversee project management of various CX related initiatives. You will manage all aspects of project delivery including planning, prioritizing and organizing projects.

Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in Project Management preferably in a Contact Centre / Customer Service / Operation environment
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk and exposure to various digital solutions supporting Contact Centre operations (Knowledge Management, Chatbot - Conversational AI, Customer survey tools: Qualtrics, Medalia etc., Learning Management System, etc.)
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Highly motivated with enthusiasm for the Cryptocurrency industry
