My client is a leading international bank. Due to continued expansion and strong performance, they are looking to add a Senior & Straegic hire in their Middle Office team for a Global Head covering Fixed Income products.

This role has oversight on all middle office aspects supporting the fixed income trading for the bank. The incumbent will manage a large multimillion dollar budget, and manage a large team which trickles down in a matrix structure. The candidate will be responsible to ensure smooth operational support across the trade flow and also be involved in ensuring smooth communication with various internal stakeholders to align on projects and processes. Further, to drive continuous improvements and innovations.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• 15+ years' of relevant experience, ideally with 10+ years' as a team lead
• Experience with fixed income products
• Has managed large teams and budgets
• A bachelors' degree in any discipline
• Strong stakeholder management
• Good multitasking skills
• Good communication skills required for this role
