Global Procurement Manager

Job description

My clients are a US Pharma MNC and are currently looking to hire a Global Procurement Manager for their organization. You will be responsible to manage the Direct Finished Goods purchasing for the company.

  • Establish, implement, evaluate, and modify purchasing policies and procedures; interpret and apply policies, laws, and regulations pertaining to government procurement and property disposal practices to ensure compliance.
  • Develop standardized specifications for the purchasing of good and other requirements used by several departments.
  • Review bids, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure maintenance of appropriate documentation and records.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Responsible for global vision and management of assigned Category to deliver value through development and execution of sourcing strategies and strategic supplier relationship management to achieve continuous supply at optimum cost.
  • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

Looking for candidates who have relevant Procurement experience. Who is able to handle multiple projects concurrently and possess project management experience. Knowledge of Category Management Process and its practical applications. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
