Our client, a leading global crypto finance service provider, is looking for a Global Workforce Management Lead to be responsible for the development of workforce strategy and its execution to ensure sustainable performance of the Customer Service operations globally run both by the outsourced partners as well as the in-house customer service team. Further, to develop a strategy to scale the Customer Service operations to meet the growing volume demands. This role will also cover analytics and CX Reporting and Budgeting.
Requirements:

• Working knowledge of a workforce management tool (Nice, Tymeshift, etc)
• Excellent understanding of Contact Centre metrics and operating rhythm.
• Advanced Excel (VBA) and data visualization skills
• Passion for Crypto industry
