PERM GROUP FINANCE MANAGER

Our client is Global Investment holding company with interests in huge diversified portfolio of business holdings. As the business is growing, they are looking to expand their team and looking for a strong Group Finance manager to lead their team in Singapore.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will be responsible the consolidation and financial reporting for the international subsidiaries, managing the group consolidation in SAP. You will perform and review monthly consolidation and management reporting. Providing analytical review of monthly and quarterly financial performance by business segments, highlighting key variances against last year and budget. You will take a lead role to coordinate monthly forecast, annual budget and 5 years scenario planning and providing analysis and financial advice to stakeholders and management for decision making, including financial implications of contracts. You will provide strong leadership and guidance to the consolidation team which includes handling of day-to-day operational issues and ad-hoc projects. You will also assist in the preparation of board papers and related documents, reviewing quarterly and annual SGX announcement and ensure compliance with SGX requirements. In Addition, you will also liaise with the Group Tax on tax matters and leading the year-end statutory audit as well as the preparation of annual report.

Requirements

Ideally, you possess a bachelor's degree in finance, Economics or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in listed company. You must be driven, analytical and process-oriented to succeed in the role. You must possess strong knowledge of the IFRS. Software system skills in SAP is highly desirable. In Addition, you must be independent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
