Group Head of Finance Business Partner

My client is manufacturing firm with strong global presence and they are seeking for a Finance Business Partner to lead a team to support the business units in a dymanic environment. This role will be working closely with the business and ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

This role involves ensuring accurate month-end closings, preparing financial performance reports, and driving improvements in gross margin and cost management. Key responsibilities include managing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and enhancing financial processes for operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in finance business partnering and FP&A, leading a team with a strong background in cost accounting/ financial analysis/ financial modelling, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
