Group Tax Manager / Senior Manager

My client, a leading multinational organization, is seeking a seasoned Group Tax Manager/ Senior Manager to lead their Group Tax function, managing global tax risks and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. This role includes implementing tax risk frameworks, overseeing direct and indirect tax compliance, providing strategic advisory on tax planning, transfer pricing, and M&A structuring, and managing tax audits and investigations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10-12 years of experience in Big 4 or global corporate environments, strong expertise in Asia Pacific tax regulations and international tax principles, excellent project management skills, and proven leadership abilities to guide regional finance teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
