Our client is a financial market service leader that provide exceptional network solutions and collaboration technology and services to the global markets.
Reporting to the Global Support Senior Manager, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and emails from clients, managing incidents through a ticketing system, troubleshooting, documenting incidents and escalating incidents to first level escalation.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- IT Helpdesk experience
- Knowledgeable in administering ticketing tools
- Basic understand of Networking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- CCNA qualification is an added advantage
