Head, Enterprise Risk Management

A leading asset management firm is looking for a Head, Enterprise Risk Management to provide leadership in implementing risk framework and improve the business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the ERM framework to set out enterprise level governance, practices and policies
• Assess and mitigate enterprise risk exposures that are associated with key business lines
• Manage and train the team to ensure strong risk management support to the business
• Work closely with key stakeholders in risk management activities and raise the level of risk awareness in the business
• Provide support to Chief Risk Officer on risk related reports, initiatives and projects

Key Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance or related field
• At least 15 years' relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management within financial services industry
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in technology control to re-engineer business processes
• Knowledge of compliance and governance risk management regulatory requirements
