Head of BD, Digital Bank

One of the leading digital banks is hiring for Head of Business Development to spearhead their SME business.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Develop, execute and manage market and business strategies taking into consideration market opportunities and competitor landscape
• Work with internal stakeholders on product commercialization and business case realization
• Collaborate partnerships with ecommerce platforms in ecosystems and develop business solutions for SMEs and merchants
• Engage with stakeholders to govern and manage busines improvement programs on end user feedback and leveraging data analytics

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 10 - 15 years of experience in SME Banking, business development, ecosystem partnerships internet finance and cross border financing
• Understanding of global SME landscape/products - understand the business operations, cash and liquidity management and supply chain financing needs of customers
• Strong visionary and leadership skills

• Ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines
• Background or interest in digital financial products
