My client is a global brokerage firm who are expanding their Singapore team. They are hiring for a senior candidate to head up their Business Development function as they expand locally and across the region.

This role will manage a team and be responsible to grow the user base via business development and marketing strategies. The role is focused on executing regional channel partnerships, providing input on product direction and leading marketing initiatives.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 8+ years' of relevant experience
  • Experience with Financial Markets/Equities is a plus
  • Knowledge of partnerships, marketing & strategic selling
  • A bachelors' degree in any discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills required for this role
