Our client, a Petrochemical Supply and Trading Company, is looking to hire a Head of Business Operations to oversee trade operations and supply chain process of the organization. The scope includes strategic planning, monitoring and assessing operational risks, as well as managing business related assets (port, tankers, inventory etc.).

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Oil/Petrochemical business
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics and procurement processes, specifically in trade agreements, regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Oil/Petrochemical trading.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Indian language is essential to ensure effiective and accurate exchange of information as the role involves direct communication with stakeholders in India
