Head of Client Services & Sales -Hospitality/ Retail (B2C)
Our client is a leading education business that has a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
Based in Singapore this role is required to lead a team and be highly motivated to deliver sales targets professionaly. This role will help to develop and execute sales & customer management plans and manage various enquiries. This will involve a high level of customer service as well as sales focus to aid the customers in making their decision. The success of this position will be measured on the conversion rate from leads to revenue. This is a rare opportunity for someone to utilize their Sales/CS experience in a different industry.
For this position, we need someone who is both good at sales strategy (B to C) and client service strategy to improve customer experience and build emotional loyalty, allowing the greater impact to overall sales. At the same time, as a senior position, you will need to be able to manage C-level executives in determining marketing strategy, targets, and budget.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 5-8 years of proven successful experience in customer services/sales role
- Outstanding in setting both sales and client service strategy
- Experience in managing teams
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs and then provide suitable solutions with the purpose of generating sales
- Interest in the Education industry
- Prior experience of succeeding in a target-driven environment
