Our client is a leading global consumer bank looking for a Head of Consumer Insights. You will be responsible for developing & managing a leading-edge insights team across 17 markets.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible to develop a strategy to obtain the best insights from multiple sources including brand research, market intelligence, real time digital experience research, NPS, consumer panels and customer complaints.

Key Requirements :

  • 10+ years' experience in customer-centric market research roles
  • Experience working in large dynamic organisations preferably within Financial Services, Fintech, Payments industires
  • Strong understanding for digital market research methods, data managemetn, data warehouse structures and interface processes
  • Strong numeracy, product and project management skills
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Experience in regional or global roles would be ideal
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Strong people and project management skills
