Job description

A global bank is transforming their Group marketing strategy and hence a newly created headcount as Head of Customer Value and Proposition Marketing.

In the view to transform marketing within the bank, this is a strategic role that has been created. The Group Head of Marketing is looking for a seasoned Head of Customer Value and Proposition Marketeer. This individual will be responsible developing plans with the consumer bank heads to cross sell products and ensure the bank emerges above the competition. He/she will apply behavioral science into consumer insights in developing and executing initiatives around acquisition and cross-sell. They will also integrate various products & services into a compelling proposition.

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • More than 12 years of experience in customer value/segments marketing in a consumer or retail bank
  • Strong product knowledge across cards, loans and other consumer banking products
  • Ability to be a self-starter and innovator
  • Prior leadership and people management experience
