Head of Group Reporting, VP

Our client, an established European Bank, is looking to hire a Head of Group Reporting for the External Reporting management team within the Finance department. You will oversee a team of 6 as well as ~20 people in Manilla from the shared services center. You will represent Asia on global calls and lead regional calls to align on group reporting processes and implementation of changes across Asia. This role will be responsible for IRFS reporting, involve strong stakeholder management and possibly grow to facilitating a monthly regional finance forum.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of revelant experience with strong knowledge of local reg reporting
  • Product and accounting knowledge of financial markets products (Derivatives) and wholesale banking lending and trade finance products is preferred
  • Experience in people management and leading teams
