Our Client is a tech company in the Mobile Application space that has revolutionized the space they operate within.

The Ideal Candidate will have the experience and network to lead the deal-making, partnerships, regulatory affairs, and strategic planning for the global expansion of our client's organisation outside of it's current operational prsence. This person will have high-level strategic thinking and analytical acumen and the proven ability to influence and negotiate with CXO and board level leaders across the public and private sectors in the Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior regulators to ensure successful market entry and secure our right to operate
  • Nurture positive and sustainable relationships partners
  • Create initial launch plans, product roadmaps, and operations flows for selected markets
  • Develop and execute internationalisation strategies
  • Initiate and drive CXO and Board level negotiations that win strategic partners
  • Build relationships with local business leaders and potential board members to create local-level boards
  • Supervise the establishment of local offices and processes
  • Oversee change management processes for international operations
  • Strategise ideal product concepts and entry models to enter open new markets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any commercial, technical, and operational issues

Requirements

  • Experience developing sustainable partnerships for the long-term
  • The ability to build effective teams in new markets in short timeframes
  • Experienced in developing and expanding new businesses in the international / regional market
  • The ability to grow relationships and negotiate with C-level and board level leaders
  • Familiar with regulatory environments in Asia Pacific
  • Proficient in cross-cultural communication and leadership
  • Willing and able to travel internationally on a frequent basis\
