Head of Marketing

SVP, Regional Marketing - APAC
Reporting to: Head of Marketing, APAC
Team: Regional team of 3, including 2 VP Channel Marketing Managers (HK & Korea / Singapore & South Asia)
The Role:
Own the end-to-end regional marketing agenda to drive asset growth, deepen client engagement, and strengthen brand leadership across APAC. Lead integrated programs spanning content, digital, paid media, multimedia, events, and sponsorships in a complex, multi-market, multi-channel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set regional marketing strategy and coach a high-performing team
  • Orchestrate integrated marketing across all channels and markets
  • Enforce brand governance and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
  • Manage budgets, external vendors, and production partners
  • Partner with business leaders and client-facing teams to deliver measurable acquisition and retention outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; CFA/CAIA preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in asset management across Asia
  • Deep expertise in wholesale/intermediary and institutional segments; strong understanding of Hong Kong and Singapore markets with remit across South Asia and Korea
  • Proven people leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Experience managing agencies, production houses, and translation workflows
