Head of Operations

A leading brokerage firm is looking for a Head of Operations to lead their team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the operations control and drive strategy for growth and improved efficiency
• Ensure operations adhere to regulatory compliance and SOP
• Lead projects on process improvement
• Provide support in new business initiatives and product launches
• Responsible for training the team and performance appraisals

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 7-10 years' relevant experience
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
