Head of Premier Private Clients

Job description

Responsibilities: -

  • Lead PPC in devising the build-up strategy and successful execution of the strategy
  • Drive PPC segment revenue target & other quantitative targets
  • Establish acquisition and portfolio growth plans for both AUM/LUM and client base
  • Continual review of Client Value Proposition of segment to ensure best in class offering, so as to attract and retain clients
  • Cultivate portfolio-based wealth advisory approach across platform
  • Set target, KPI and balanced scorecard of sales and service staff
  • Ensure staff competencies - product knowledge and engagement skillsets - are on par with regulatory standards
  • Establish and execute robust on-boarding and BAU customer engagement protocol - for both existing & new clients
  • Seek collaboration partners to prospect new businesses and expand network within UHNW community beyond traditional reliance on Client Advisors


The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience in managing big teams
  • More 10 years' experience in the banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in financial product sales and team management
  • Good track record in effective team management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Effective management skills with strong leadership qualities
  • Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • It is essential for candidates to be creative and possess the initiative, drive and ability to work independently and in a team
