Head of Procurement Digital Transformation

Procurement in most companies is a mess of slow approvals, endless paperwork, and systems that barely talk to each other. Your job? Fix that.

You will be leading the Procurement Centre of Excellence, driving digital transformation across finance and procurement. That means making processes leaner, smarter, and more efficient-mainly using SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.

You will assess what's broken, figure out what's possible, and then get the business to actually use it. Expect a lot of process re-engineering, workflow redesign, and system improvements to make procurement and finance work better together.

What You'll Do

• Cut through inefficiencies - Simplify enterprise spend processes and workflows. Less friction, better results.
• Create a roadmap - Build a clear plan for smarter systems, process automation, and ERP upgrades.
• Lead change - Drive implementation, get teams aligned, and make sure people actually adopt the new way of working.
• Solve problems - Identify gaps, design solutions, and work with stakeholders to make it happen.
• Keep things running smoothly - Ensure compliance, optimize resources, and improve procurement and finance performance.

What You'll Need

• 12+ years of experience, with at least 6-8 years in business transformation or project management.
• Deep expertise in finance and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and digital procurement tools.
• A knack for simplifying complex processes and making systems work together.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption.
