Head of Regulatory Control

Due to business expansion, a leading investment bank is looking for a seasoned Regulatory Control professional to join their regional team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement control framework and processes
• Maintain the internal control policy and framework in various regions, including monitoring capital market transactions from acceptance to launch
• Ensure due diligence work is performed and all activities are in compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices, and help drive improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking or related field
• At least 7 years' relevant experience in investment banks, regulatory bodies or law firms with experience dealing with capital market transactions e.g IPO, bond issuance
• Strong knowledge of investment banking operations and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to converse in Mandarin as interaction with Chinese clients is required
