Head of Sales
Our client is a known player in the Oil and Gas industry. With success stories and established presence across both years and markets respectively, they serve some of the biggest customers in the world today.
You will be a strategic partner and a commercial leader to a series of core markets across multiple geographies, entrusted to drive the success of the overall business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the business development / sales strategy in your core markets, including owning full accountability for the planning, executive and financial results
- Developing market penetration and development strategies for products into new sectors
- Driving channel sales success by developing and leveraging on key relationships with both regional and local distributors
- Meeting strategic objectives and achieving/exceeding revenue budgets
- Pioneering and maintaining competitive intelligence on competitor movements, industry and local market conditions
- 10+ years of prior direct sales or business development experience in the automotive or oil and gas industry in a regional capacity is essential
- Degree or Master's in Business and/or related fields
- Owns effective relationships with regional and/or local product distributors
- Degree, Diploma in Business, Real Estate and/or related fields
- Savvy relational leader with extensive self-awareness and solid grip of business reality
- Effervescent, driven personality with passion, interest, conviction, and discerning abilities to build up professional network
- Wonderfully proficient in English and communication skills with the ability to present and influence decision makers
