Head of Sales - Asia (Software)

Reporting to the Regional Business Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Direct Telesales, Sales Academy and Telemarketing team
  • Delivery of Budgeted Direct Sales KPI's and driving increase in Growth
  • Responsible for delivery of Direct telesales Revenue, ARR and Customer KPIs through directional leadership and excellent execution through Team managers and Sales executives
  • Responsible for delivery of direct telesales productivity and customer access and contact standards
  • Responsible for increase of new customer volume, delivery of conversion rates and
  • Responsible for delivery of excellent customer experience via direct telesales and telemarketing team
  • Responsible for design, management and execution of Sales Academy
  • Responsible for management of Direct pipeline and conversion to sale
  • Accountable for the growth of all Business Partner revenues, across the country
  • Ensures both growth of new business partners (recruitment) and growth of revenue from existing business partners (business development), managing the local execution of the Global Partner Programme framework
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales and customer objectives for business partners for all local Growth products
  • Manages the Indirect / Partner sales team with the purpose of recruiting and training new channel partners as well as leveraging existing partners to focus on new customer acquisition
  • Ensures that business partners are focused on MQLs provided from Marketing
  • Assists business partners with proposals, quotes, presentations and sales opportunities and manages partner performance against the GPP
  • Ensures that leads from business partners are captured and fed into marketing operations


Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor/ MBA with 10 years of relevant experience in sales related positions with strong performance in growing the Asia region
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent capabilities in business team motivation, High level of business skills
  • High level of team management.
  • Highly motivated self-starter ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure and at different levels in the organisation
  • Demonstrates and demands personal commitment to team goals
  • Several years in the business team management with high performances
  • Experience of leading telesales activities in direct model
  • Experience of leading telemarketing teams
  • Excellent team manager, strong motivational, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical ability to understand MQLs and strength of pipeline
  • Highly motivated self-starter ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure and at different levels in the organisation
  • Demonstrates and demands personal commitment to team goals
  • Proven experience of managing business partners across multiple territories; strong understanding of the business partner channel and dynamics
  • Proven ability to work with and influence key business partners
  • Proven ability to work in a "matrix" environment and achieve shared goals
