Our client is a leading bank in Singapore who are growing tremendously and always ready to invest in top-tier talent to join their organisation. They are currently looking to recruit a seasoned Customer Service Transformation professional to head up the team who would be responsible to implement and drive a differentiated and creative service excellence culture for their customers.
As a key stakeholder within the Consumer Bank, you would be responsible to formulate and drive the service transformation roadmap and strategies while keeping in mind local and global practices and also refining service culture activities while working very closely with the broader customer experience and design teams. You would be expected to execute creative programmes to engage Branches, Contact Centres, Digital and all other channels across the bank to drive high service quality while constantly leveraging on new technology and processes.
- 10+ years' of experience in customer experience management, service transformation
- Srong understanding of customer journeys and mapping for large brands
- Creative and strategic mindset in order to keep up with latest trends and techonologies
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with several key stakeholders
- Understanding of Human Centred Design methodologies
