Head, Operational Risk Management

An established Asset management firm is currently looking to hire a new Head of Operational risk for the region.

In line with the firm's internal strategies, they are looking out for a new Head of Operational Risk who will be reporting to the Chief Risk Officer. Key responsibilities for this role include implementing and maintaining the firm's ORM Framework, taking ownership of RCSAs, error management and root cause analysis processes and the delivery of KRIs among others.

As this is a senior position, the candidate will be expected to engage with senior stakeholders frequently, and will need to possess good communication and presentation skills.

This is a regional position, and there might be a little travel involved.

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 12 - 15 years experience in Operational Risk/ Business Risk
• Prior experience in Asset management
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Highly skilled in stakeholder management
