Our client, a securities firm, is looking to hire an Associate to join their Global Funds Operations team who is responsible for Hedge Funds trades and transfers encompassing front office, middle office, and settlement functions. The scope includes processing trade orders, verifying documents, handling cash and transfer requests, settling transactions, managing corporate actions, investigating reconciliation breaks, and minimizing errors. Additionally, the role involves providing customer service by addressing client queries, suggesting improvements, and ensuring high service standards.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 1-3 years of relevant banking experience and handling hedge funds
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task between operational activities and servicing customers
