HR Advisor - up to $8,000

Our client is a leading start up gaming technology firm. They specialise in gaming technology providing a gaming platform for their consumers. They are currently on a lookout for a flexible and agile HR Advisor to join their fun and energetic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting and managing full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employment contracts, work pass applications, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore employment laws.
• Managing end to end recruitment process.
• Provide guidance and advisory with regards to all HR matters to both the management team and employees.
• Develop and coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• All other ad-hoc duties required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in tech recruitment or startups is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently.
