HR Executive (Pharmaceutical MNC) - UP to $5000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Take care of on boarding, new employee orientation, exit formalities
  • Address employee queries adequately taking support from HR Generalist, GIS HR and Regional COE wherever required
  • Performance Management
  • Coordinate Performance Management Process in collaboration with HR Generalist, Regional HR and Business
  • Training & Development
  • Employee Connect & Engagement
  • Coordinate with HR Generalist, regional payroll team to provide monthly payroll inputs
  • Maintain employee profiles: employee registration, job offer, labor contract, contract liquidation, salary, probation, promotion, termination, etc.
  • Manage HR information system
  • Prepare and provide monthly HR MIS and dashboard
  • Compliance of Labor Laws: Assist HR Generalist on compliance with company policies and government regulations
Requirement:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Sound knowledge of core HR processes (Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management).
  • Good understanding of local labor market, labor law/regulations and practices
