HR Generalist

Job description

Our client is a well-establisted software company from China, they are listed in China stock market and would like to set up a new office in SG.

Purpose of the role:

The HR generalist will work with the HR Director to deliver a full spectrum Human Resources program for the rapidly growing digital banking project with a total of 20-50 employees and international operations.

The HR generalist will also create the overall HR strategy, policies and specific programs, and work together with the HR director, who is based in China.

Responsibility:

  • Organize internal databases (e.g. record attendance, sick or annual leave, employee's database)
  • Responsible for Employment end to end process ( Employee's Contract, Employment letter needs, etc)
  • Responsible for the Human Resources reports.
  • Handle working pass application;
  • Responsible for end to end Payroll process.
  • Responsible for end to end Recruitment process.
  • Responsible for Compensation and Benefit such as insurance, and the other plan.
  • Maintain a company healthy culture and training sessions as company needs.
  • Processing and managing reimbursement, payment slips, and the other purchasing process.
  • Apply for and purchase tickets and hotels for company needs.
  • Indicator sits (e.g. virtual offices, shared offices, office decorations, office furniture, etc.),
  • Purchase of office necessities, oversees day to day activities of General Affair.
  • Responsible in handle Expat's needs.
  • Managing the rental, renovation and relocation of the office

Requirement:

  • 2-3 years working experience in HR functions.
  • Familiar with local regulations and employee working visa.

Salary: 3500-5000 with AWS and variable bonus is performace based.
