HR Head - APAC coverage, Full spectrum

Job description

Our client is a reputable and fast growing Commodity Trading Firm. The corporation has strong presence in APAC and globally. They are looking for a high calibre Group HR Head (Global role) to join their team.


  • Reporting to the Board and leading a small team
  • Formulate human resources strategies and initiatives to maintain and attract talents within the organization and supporting company growth
  • Improve the Talent Acquisition structure and Human Resources Planning
  • Manage the Group's Operations and responsible for the Compensation and Benefits function across ASEAN
  • Design and improve the Learning and Development, employee engagement and build competitive employee remuneration scheme
  • Support and drive HR Transformation initiatives, including human resources processes and systems upgrade, reviewing and improving internal policies
  • Working closely and Influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Support ad hoc projects if needed


To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related disciplines
  • Solid Human Resources experiences in MNC, preferably in Commodities Trading/ Financial Services or related industries are highly preferred
  • Self-initiative, well-organised, strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills;
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and business partnership skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership experiences
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing);
  • Good command in written English
