- Employee data management
- Leave & absence management
- Management & relations with contractors and service providers
- Office management
Experience and Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- Several years' experience working at HR Manager level within a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
- Ability to manage different ways of working and managing complex and ambiguous environments
- Good interpersonal skills and comfortable with managing difficult stakeholders
- Familiarity with local employment laws in Indonesia.
Additional Preferences
- HR Experience in a technology industry
- Strong interest and willingness to work in a start-up environment
- Familiarity with working visa processes for China
