Our client is a well-established company in the IT/ VC business. Well known for their large array of brands and products they represent, they have a long standing history of success globally. They are now recruiting a HR Manager (Strategic Planning) to be a part of their continual success in the market

Reporting to the General Manager and managing a team of 2 Senior Executives. You are required to lead, drive and conduct monthly skillset, manpower and training review with respective HOD as well as handle recruitment for the senior management level. Implementing, review & update HR Policies, workflow & HRM Software. Managing the Compensation & Benefits and the annual HR budgeting


  • Min. Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years' HR related experience, with at least 1 -2 years leadership experience
  • Experience from the Manufacturing/ Engineering/ Construction industry would be advantageous
  • Experience in planning and proposing salary package, annual HR budgeting covering manpower and training
  • Knowledge of a full set of HR Policy, employee handbook and workflow
  • Implement HR Policy handbook, Employee handbook, HR workflow
  • Develop & maintain skillset inventory framework
  • Sufficient skillset and manpower is available at all time to meet business needs
  • Annual HR exercise is completed on time and successfully


Salary ranging between $5,000 - $6,000 basic per month
