Indirect Procurement Manager

Are you a seasoned procurement leader ready to drive transformation and innovation across global supply chains? Take the lead in shaping strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives. Looking for an Indirect Procurement Leader who can manage regional coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement transformation at regional/global levels
• Influence stakeholders across all functions and levels
• Ensure material availability while minimizing inventory
• Drive cost-saving projects with cross-functional teams
• Manage supplier relationships and performance
• Identify innovative sourcing solutions
• Mitigate supplier risks and support business continuity
• Source materials for New Product Introductions
• Monitor procurement KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
• 15+ years in indirect procurement leadership (Electronic manufacturing, Medical Device or Consumer goods manufacturing)
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills
• ERP/MRP experience in manufacturing environments
• Willingness to travel as required
• Agile, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
