Institutional Account Manager, Team Lead, Crypto Exchange

One of the fastest growing Cryptocurrency Exchanges is hiring for a Team Lead for their Institutional Account Management team. This is. a newly created headcount.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Lead a team of account managers and relationship managers, covering prime brokerage and custody
• Responsible for providing premier service and support to hedge funds, investment managers, market makers and private wealth managers
• Effectively manage client requests and delegate across the specialists in the team
• Drive high revenue and results in the team
• Work closely with sales and trading teams to drive account strategies and execution

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in leading account management teams, covering institutional clients
• Network across hedge funds, asset managers, market makers
• Interest in cryptocurrency, prior experience is not required
• Excellent senior stakeholder management experience
• Strong leadership management skills

• Bachelors Degree/MBA in Banking/Finance/Economics
