Institutional Growth Lead, Crypto Platform

Job description

A growing Crypto Platform is hiring for a Institutional Growth Lead. This is a very exciting opportunity as the firm has just announced the completing of a large seed round.

In this role, you will build institutional partnerships such as investment banks, hedge funds, crypto trading companies, and large miners and develop a corporate messaging strategy through email/blog/SNS. You will execute one-off trades >$30m, and produce in-depth yield curve analysis, publish corporate presentations, and conduct marketing campaigns.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in investment banking sales or consulting
  • Strong experience with contract negotiation
  • Understanding of OTC Derivatives execution and clearing
  • Experience across multiple asset class (FX, Eq, Curve) with marketing material creation
  • Degree holder in business/marketing
