My client is a leading global player in the Real Estate arena. Due to increased deal flow & ambitious growth plans, they are looking for an Insurance Lead for their Global Real Estate portfolio.

This role plays a critical & high level role in the stucturing of property insurance for the firms investments while ensuring excellent coverage. The incumbent would be responsible to find the right balance between pricing & risk mitigation whilst also staying abreast of political and climate change risks. Further, to also work with the Investment teams on requirements pertaining to M&A or Financing.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 10+ years' of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Real Estate markets
  • Strong analytical & statistical knowledge
  • A bachelors' degree in a related discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills required for this role
