Insurance - Performance & Well-being Manager | Permanent

Job description

  • Handle performance & rewards management as well as implementing wellbeing initiatives
  • Salary up to $ 8,500
  • Min 4 years of experience with performance and well-being management
  • Experience in insurance/ financial industry is a PLUS not a MUST
  • Permanent/ CBD

Job Responsibilities:

  • In charge of performance management, implementing well-being initiatives and act as the rewards partner providing support in rewards related policies, process and tools
  • Design, review and manage the performance management process to ensure smooth execution of its KPI Setting, Mid-year review and year-end review process
  • Collaborate with the Strategy team to ensure that the Management Team's KPIs are aligned with the company objectives for the year
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback using the Company's 360 Degree feedback tool
  • Facilitate and ensure all the necessary tools and systems for facilitating the performance management process are set up, tested and ready for launch in accordance with performance management timelines
  • Implement well-being proposition by delivering initiatives and programmes, focusing on well-being coaching, health and wellness, mental and financial well-being and work-life blend
  • Act as the subject matter expert to business stakeholders on rewards related matters
  • Provide support in compensation review, compensation proposal preparation and job sizing
  • Participate in market benchmarking surveys, including partnering HR Business Partners on job matching, data submission, interpreting survey data and performing analysis for the specific business divisions

Job Requirements:

  • Min 4 years of experience in performance and well-being management
  • Experience in industry/ financial industry is a PLUS not a MUST
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in stakeholders management
  • Independent personnel with strong problem solving and analytical mindset
