Internal Control Manager

My client is a reputable firm within the food & beverage sector and they are looking to add an Internal Control Manager to their finance team.

Your role will have a regional focus and will be responsible for the governance, risk, compliance and accounting issues within the region's internal control framework. In addition, you will be responsible for setting the internal audit scope, performing internal audit procedures and preparing internal audit reports. This role will be an individual contributor role but you will work with the CFO to drive improvements in the company's policies and procedures, while advising on all internal controls and risk matters.

You will play a key role in ensuring the company's policies are aligned for efficient finance and commercial purposes.

To qualify, ideally individuals must:

• Be an experienced Accountant with minimum of 5 years of experience.
• F&B/Retail/FMCG industry knowledge.
• Experience in driving process improvements.
• Good IT and application controls knowledge.
