Due to business needs, they are looking for a International Payroll Analyst for Singapore.
The International Payroll Analyst will be in charge of the full spectrum of payroll operations for the APAC region. You will be the main contact point for internal stakeholders and handle all their queries and escalation requests as well as liaise with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure the payroll is delivered in accordance with all statutory and tax requirements. You will also review the work down by external vendors and work with them to improve the payroll process. You will also work cross functionally with finance and various business owners on policies, processes, and help drive key payroll initiatives and best practices. Lastly, you will also assist with general HR related matters and benefits administration and take part in various ad-hoc projects like system implementation.
To qualify, you must possess:
- Diploma/ Degree in finance/ HR or related subject
- At least 4 years of experience in payroll in large MNC
- Experience in China Payroll is a must
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders and vendors
- Dynamic individual who is used to working in a fast paced environment
