My client is a leading FinTech firm coming fresh off a round of funding. They have ambitious plans to raise a sizable fund for Impact Debt opportunities across SEA and India

Playing a key role as a pioneer member of this fund, the candidate will look after holding leadership responsibilities and managing both a debt investment portfolio and client relationships. The job covers identifying, building and developing a strong pipeline of investment opportunities in the region as well as leading the transactions

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 7+ years' of working experience within Impact Investing, Microfinancing, Banking or Economic Developemnt
  • Managerial Experience is a Plus
  • Knowledge of Debt Products
  • A bachelors' degree in a related discipline, MBA is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills required for this role
