Corporate Finance/ Investment Specialist

Job description

Our client is a highly reputable and rapidly expanding TMT firm with strong presence in globally and regional, especially China. To facilitate their company growth and increasing number of projects, they are looking for high calibre Investment specialists to join their team and take care of the finance projects and corporate finance duties.

Report to the Investment Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work as a team to handle finance projects
  • Overseeing all finance, accounting, due diligence and compliance issues
  • Preparing financial modelling, investment analysis, scenario studies to support the group's investment decisions and finance projects
  • Assisting in the business valuations of the finance projects
  • Responsible for finance projects and business potentials, especially Joint Ventures, Private Equity
  • Participating in the business development, pitch proposals for M&A projects
  • Ensure compliance of relevant regulations, policies and guidelines and monitor the regular updating of policies and accounting standards in SG and APAC environment
  • To assist in ad hoc corporate projects and strategic Planning
  • Being a strong business partner with Finance Team, Legal Team, senior management and external professional parties

To qualify, the candidate must process:


  • Qualified accountant, CFA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred
  • At least 3-8 years of working experience, ideally with research or analyst background in banking
  • Solid knowledge regarding SG, Global and PRC operation is an advantage, ideally with TMT background
  • Excellent communication and business partnering experiences
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills
  • Fluent English and Mandarin for communicate with the related business partners
