IT Application Assistant Manager

We are partnering our client to identify an experienced IT Application Deputy Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT applications for the group. This role involves managing multiple projects, collaborating across departments, and ensuring that IT solutions align with business needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of critical business applications such as MES, QMS, and ERP. You will be involved in managing documentation, supporting audits, translating business needs into IT solutions, coordinating with global teams, handling incidents and change requests, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within regulatory requirements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with over 7 years of experience in IT applications management, preferably within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments. They possess relevant IT certifications and strong technical expertise in systems such as MES, LIMS, QMS, and ERP. A deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and Computer System Validation (CSV) is essential.
