Job description

Our client is a prominent payment network operator. They are known as one of the key players in the Singaporean financial landscape.

As part of their headcount expansion, they are actively seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Operations Lead to join their organization. In this role, you will be involved in designing and reviewing the IT Infrastructure Architecture and managing the overall IT Infrastructure Operations, including network, systems, incident, and problem management. You will also be leading a small team of 4 to 5 members. This role directly reports to the Head of Infrastructure, ensuring effective communication.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Holds at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 8 - 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Architecture and Operations, including 3 - 5 years of leadership experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in Network/System/Storage/Database/Data Centre Operations
  • Expertise in Disaster Recovery/Incident/Problem Management
  • Background in Network Engineering
  • Knowledge and experience in Payments/Transaction Banking domains will be a plus
